8 + 1 Tips for a better sleep
- 1To have a clean, big bed with a quality mattress. It's hard to relax if the layer is very small, very hard, too soft or too old.
- 2To maintain a stable sleep schedule even on weekends. If we sleep erratically, our biological clock can not recognize the hours of rest.
